Located in Central Maui's Master-Planned Community of Kehalani on the Lower Slopes of the West Maui Mountains

Ke'alohilani at Kehalani is a delightful DR Horton project of 88 homes which will be part of the Kehalani master-planned community on the lower slopes of the West Maui mountains in Wailuku.  Four different home models are available to choose from, two are single story homes and two are 2-story homes.  Two different exterior treatments result in a community with the appearance of a larger mix of homes.

In December 2017, this author began negotiations to purchase one of these homes for use as his primary residence.  I continue to monitor construction of the home I selected and am impressed with the continued progress I see.  I will be pleased to share my thoughts and experience with other buyers who are considering a purchase.

The Ke'alohilani community has a more varied appearance than 4 floor plans would suggest.  This is achieved by mixing in reverse floor plans, different exterior treatments, and the 4th bedroom option. The Kehalani Community Association has an excellent website listing the different projects comprising this community.  Included therein are maps and other information.
