Anuhea at Kehalani is a Towne Homes project under development above Pu'u Kukui Elementary School.  Grading of the site and installation of drainage was ongoing in 2019 and 2020.  Plans call for 164 single family homes with 3, 4, and 5-bedrooms.  Living area is said to range from around 1700 to 2400 sq. ft. with an average lot size of 7800 sq. ft.  The community will be graded to form tiers down the sloping terrain.  Prices are expected to be in the high $700,000's up into the $800,000's.  This community is adjacent to the author's home so that I'm watching it all take shape.  Home construction will likely be started in late 2020 or early 2021.  Pricing for phase 1 was released in October 2020 and reservations are now available.  Contact me for more information.
