Iao Parkside is a large condominium project in Wailuku on both sides of Eha Street.  It consists of multiple phases, I (1993), II & III (1994), IV-A (1995), IV-B (1997), IV-C (1997 & 2002).  All together, this project has about 480 units.  Living area ranges from 519 to 543 sq. ft. for the 1 bedroom/1 bath units, 655 to 843 sq. ft. for the 2 bedroom/1 & 2 bath units, and 917 to 980 sq. ft for the 3 bedroom/2 bath units.

This Schuler Homes project is very similar in size and appearance to Halelani Village in Lihue on the island of Kauai.
